Air Cooler Chiller

Components of an Air Cooled Chiller:
Compressor: This component pressurizes the refrigerant, a special coolant, causing its temperature to rise.
Condenser: Here, the hot, high-pressure refrigerant releases its heat to the air blown by a fan through a finned-tube coil.
Expansion valve: This valve rapidly reduces the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant. This pressure drop allows the refrigerant to absorb heat from its surroundings.
Evaporator: In the evaporator, the chilled refrigerant absorbs heat from the water or other liquid being cooled.
Fan: This component actively circulates outdoor air across the chiller's condenser.

Advantages of Air Cooled Chillers:
Simpler installation: Compared to water cooled chillers, air cooled systems are generally easier to install as they don't require a cooling tower.
Reduced water usage: They eliminate the need for an additional water supply, saving water and water treatment costs.
Compact design: Air cooled chillers are typically more compact in size than water cooled chillers with similar capacity.
