Plate Fin Air Heat Exchanger Stainless Steel
Our company produces and sells Plate Fin Air Heat Exchanger according to your needs.
Air-cooled heat exchanger (English: air cooled heat exchanger, abbreviated ACHE) is equipment that functions to remove excess heat from the fluid to the surrounding air. ACHE works on the principles of convection and conduction to transfer heat from the process fluid to the air.
The main components of ACHE:
Finned-tube bundle: This is the core part of the ACHE, where the hot fluid flows through the tubes and the fins help to expand the surface for more optimal heat transfer to the air.
Fan: The fan serves to blow air through the fin-tube bundle, carrying away the heat that has been absorbed from the fluid.
Frame: Provides the supporting structure for all ACHE components.
Advantages of ACHE:
Does not require water: Unlike a water cooled heat exchanger which requires a continuous supply of water, ACHE does not require water thus saving on water usage and water treatment costs.
Easy maintenance: ACHEs generally have a simple design which makes them easy to maintain.
Suitable for dry environments: ACHEs are efficient in environments with dry air and good air circulation.
ACHE are used in various industrial fields, such as:
Oil and gas industry: To cool compressors, production equipment and end products.
Power generation: To cool generators and transformers.
HVAC: In air cooled chillers for building air conditioning systems.
Automotive industry: To cool engines and radiators in cars and motorcycles.
