Equipment Application:
Dry Expansion Evaporator types are used in Air Cooled and Water Cooled Chiller with cooled fluids in the form of water, chemicals, brine (anti-freeze fluid) or sea water.
Shell and Tube Condenser types are used in Packaged Air Conditioner, Water Cooled Chiller, Heat Pump, Heat Recovery and Marine Refrigeration and Air Condition. Cooling fluid from Cooling Tower water, river water or sea water.
Gas Cooler types can be used as Heat Recovery in the refrigeration system as a hot water generator. All units can operate on various types of Refrigerant: R 22; R 134a; R 404A; 407C; 507A etc.
Material: thermo Q, uses several types of materials according to usage needs such as: Copper; Copper Nikle (Cu / Ni); Brass; Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. Using Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel on Shell and Tube Sheet. All construction and materials use ASME Pressure Vessel Code and TEMA standards.
Special Order In addition to the standard types we make, we also carry out work according to special orders, following all the sizes of old units without changing dimensions or other special designs including the manufacture of Ammonia Condesner. Service & Repair We also do Retubing, on Evaporator, Condenser, Generator absorption using bare tube or Inner fin tube or Low fin tube with the type of material as requested.
